Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to develop and
execute comprehensive enablement programs for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Establish sales enablement priorities and develop project plans in
collaboration with various departments
Own the onboarding process and create continuous learning programs
for sales team members
Plan and execute key sales events, ensuring alignment with company
goals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Sales Enablement experience in a rapidly scaling global
SaaS company
Proficiency in managing LMS platforms for content hosting and
training
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including reporting and
dashboards
Experience in instructional design and content development for
sales training
Strong project management skills with experience in tools like
Jira
