Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Enablement Manager to
drive the ongoing enablement of their sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding and training programs for the Enterprise &
Strategic Sales teams
Maintain and optimize a highly effective sales training
curriculum
Measure program compliance, participant performance, and business
impact
Required Qualifications
4+ years in a training, sales, teaching, or related field
2+ years in a sales enablement role
Experience presenting multi-day trainings to groups of 10+
learners
Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as Command of the
Message and MEDDICC
Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus or
Gong
