Job Description:

A company is looking for a Creative Analyst: Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and revise storyboards, assessments, and hands-on activities in collaboration with subject matter experts
Create and edit courses and lessons for instructional soundness, pace, and readability
Conduct accessibility testing and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement of course materials

Required Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience in instructional design or a related field
Strong technology and writing skills
Experience with content-building tools and e-learning authoring tools
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field is preferred
Teaching and/or curriculum development experience is desired
