Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy, Coordination of
Benefits (COB) Specialist 1.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze multi-client impacts and complex member
selections to identify recoverable Coordination of Benefit
claims
Utilize proprietary software tools to input accurate claim recovery
information and assist with related inquiries
Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify
opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting processes
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare
At least 1-2 years of experience with Cotiviti recommended for
internal candidates
Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits in the healthcare
industry
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook)
