Job Description:
A company is looking for a Professional Fee E/M Coder to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities
Level/audit/abstract documentation for various E/M levels including
outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth
Perform in-office procedure coding and neoplasm coding
Ensure compliance with teaching physician rules and regulations
while maintaining production standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 Coding Certification from AHIMA or AAPC (RHIA, RHIT,
CPC, CCS, COC)
3+ years of coding work experience
2+ years of oncology coding experience, preferably with EPIC/3M 360
CAC
Knowledge of global periods and use of modifiers
Familiarity with LCD/NCCI guidelines
