A company is looking for an Internal Lawyer.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day legal and compliance support for international
business activities
Analyze legislation across various jurisdictions related to project
operations
Draft and review contracts and legal documents for B2B and B2C
activities
Required Qualifications and Education:
4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or IT/Big4
company
University degree in Law
Knowledge of corporate, commercial, and tax law
Expertise in IT services and Gaming
English level: B2/C1
