Job Description:

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering incremental value.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and mentor team members in self-management and Scrum values
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives
Collaborate with the Product Owner to align on goals and improve team performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Team Lead
Certified Scrum Master required
Working knowledge of application programming and system design preferred
Must have US Citizenship for clearance eligibility
