Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Trainer to educate and
train the Access Center department.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training materials and instructional strategies
for Access Center personnel
Ensure effective training on registration, scheduling, insurance
processes, and customer service standards
Maintain and update training materials and Standard Operating
Procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
Minimum 2 years of contact center experience, preferably in
healthcare
Experience with healthcare scheduling workflows
Minimum of 2 years in Training and Development preferred
Medical terminology skills preferred
