PHYSICAL THERAPIST supporting home health throughout the area of your choice. - We are growing and adding full time PTs that will support Fayette County, Carroll County, Coweta County, and the following Atlanta zip codes: -30331,30310, 30311. 30315, 30354, 30344, 30337, and 30349. - While working with PruittHealth @ Home, you can pick your service area and work schedule. - -
We also don't expect you to work for free! - Once you meet productivity, you will earn additional money per visit in addition to your generous salary. - -
Home health experience is not required. - You bring the desire to learn home health and we will provide the rest. - -

  Responsibilities
  
  • 
    
  • Completes Evaluations, Assessments, and treatments accurately, including all documentation/records, according to policy and the individualized care plan in a timely and accurate manner
    
  • Follows established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
    
  • Recognizes and responds to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment
    
  • Completes all required orientation, in-services, and trainings timely and successfully
    
  • Performs other related duties as necessary and as directed by supervisor
    
    LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Must have a valid professional license in the state of practice
      Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program/ ACOTE School/ ASHA School
