Job Description----Sr. Manager ensures technical resource quality on all Connectivity development teams----Collaborates with other peer leaders on the technical staff augmentation, vendor relationships for the development groups, and the associated budgets.----Ensures application infrastructure security posture compliance of all Connectivity custom solutions/works with technical leads on platform technical debt and code quality.----Establishes and documents SDLC standards in the group, and coaches/mentors support of technical leads and developers, in collaboration with architects/department leads.----Influences Technical Leads goals/performance.----Collaborates with Network/Infrastructure Architects on research and adoption of new deployment platforms for our customers application infrastructure.Annual salary ranging from 145-155K.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
