A company is looking for a Vice President of Channel Operations
to oversee and enhance the performance of its test center
network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic test center network aligned with
company goals
Lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and service
delivery
Oversee performance analytics and provide insights to senior
leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years in operations and strategic management, with 5+ years in
testing or educational assessment
Experience managing and scaling remote test centers in regulated
environments
Strong background in project/program management and
cross-functional initiatives
Bachelor's degree in communications, business, operations
management, or a related field
Master's degree preferred in a relevant field
