A company is looking for a Senior Contract Manager - Right of
Way.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate right of way agreements with various
stakeholders
Review title information, surveys, and maps to determine property
ownership and encumbrances
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of right
of way agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, law, real estate, or related field;
Master's preferred
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in contract management or right
of way acquisition
Expert knowledge of right of way acquisition and management
principles
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and right of way software
applications
