Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, State Management Leader -
Personal Lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Personal Lines product and Regulatory Solutions teams to
achieve financial goals
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Personal Lines
products in alignment with corporate strategy
Monitor and analyze financial results and regulatory changes to
identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or post-graduate studies preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in personal/commercial lines
insurance or related fields
At least 10 years of leadership experience
Strong understanding of the insurance industry and competitor
landscape
Experience in product management, pricing, and underwriting
