About the Role:
Reporting to the SVP, Global Head of Compensation, the Total
Rewards Director will be accountable for helping transform total
rewards at CBRE and innovating and executing a sophisticated,
impactful total rewards strategy that attracts superior talent,
motivates, and retains top performers, while being fully aligned
with CBRE business strategy, strategic People plan, and good
governance practices.
The role is responsible for all total rewards related matters for
the Accounting & Finance job family globally, along with all shared
services, ultimately leading a team of two to three people. The
successful candidate will be an innovative thinker who brings
industry leading thinking to build solutions that position CBRE as
a market-leading employer.
The successful candidate will have the ability to be a high-level
strategic thinker but will also be capable of being a hands-on
manager and "do-er". They will be a detail orientated, vocal and
humanistic leader, with the ability to achieve the best outcomes
for their clients.
