A company is looking for a Sr. Complaint Management & Customer
Insights Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the bank's Enterprise Complaint Management program and
ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Utilize complaint and feedback data to recommend improvements and
track experience enhancement efforts
Oversee team development, performance management, and ensure
adherence to service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in a related field
8+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of project management experience
7+ years of customer service or complaint handling oversight
3+ years of regulatory/compliance/complaint management
experience
