Atlanta (Remote), United States - Posted on 08/26/2024 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for automation to lead a team of consultants in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the automation team, including project management, client engagement, and team development. You will work closely with the Director for automation to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in automation, with a strong track record of managing client relationships, leading projects, and developing teams. You should be an expert in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance. Role Specific As a Senior Manager in our Transformation and Strategy track, you are responsible for developing business opportunities and leading the delivery of advisory services to clients. You are experienced in advising clients on their target operating model, covering topics such as strategy, governance, change management and communications and have the ability to distill the essence of your past experiences into clear and concise recommendations and guidance. As a trusted advisor, you know how to be diplomatic but firm, steering senior stakeholders towards the right path through the use of argumentation and real life examples. From a service offering perspective, you will support the identification of market trends and emerging client demands for specific services in the automation space, the development of a corresponding offering and act as a key point of contact for both the sales and delivery organizations around said offering. You are responsible for identifying and growing opportunities for our HTS offering at existing clients. You are well versed in managing larger transformation programs that require meticulous stakeholder management and the ability to anticipate risks and issues. You are familiar with the technologies that comprise the automation ecosystem and can coach your team towards the efficient and sustainable resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle. General: Responsibilities & tasks for this role

  • Manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the company to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client management
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure that the automation team is continuously improving its offerings Specific Delivery: Responsibilities & tasks
    • Overseeing project timelines, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. You will work closely with project teams to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project completion within the defined parameters.
    • Focus on developing and optimizing delivery processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to streamline workflows.
    • Understanding client needs and aligning delivery effort, and exceeding client expectations throughout the entire delivery process.RequirementsMust-have qualifications & competencies
      • Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation
      • Strong track record of managing client relationships and leading projects
      • Expertise in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
      • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Nice-to-have qualifications & competencies
        • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
        • LEAN/Six Sigma certification is a plus
